● Maintenance method of portable gas detector:
1. Keep the detector dry and away from moisture, rain and corrosive liquids;
2. Try to reduce the use frequency of the detector in the situation of dust and poor environment;
3. The detector shall be stored in a clean and normal temperature place, and it is better not to store the detector in a high temperature or cold place;
4. Handle with care. Do not fall, knock or shake the detector. Rough use will damage the instrument;
5. When cleaning the detector, gently wipe the instrument with a clean cotton ball dipped in a little water or soapy water and dry it in time. The filter of the detection hole should also be kept clean. If the liquid flows into the detection hole, the instrument can be inverted to make the liquid flow out by itself. Do not shake the instrument violently;
6. Please use the charger provided or approved by the company to charge the tester, otherwise it will cause damage to the instrument;
7. If the tester does not operate normally, do not disassemble it by yourself. Please contact the company's dealer for maintenance in time.
 
● Maintenance method of fixed gas detector:
1. Regular calibration, test and inspection shall be conducted for the maintenance of fixed gas detector. Generally, the calibration frequency is once a year;
2. During installation, the detector shall not be close to the wall, and enough space shall be reserved around it for daily maintenance and troubleshooting;
3. Keep the tester clean and wipe the surface of the tester with a soft wet cloth;
4. Ensure that the detector is dry;
5. Keep the filter screen of the sensor clean, clean the surface dirt with a soft and clean brush, wipe it with warm water, and cover it again after the filter screen is dried;
6. When cleaning the sensor, only clean the sensor with a clean brush, and do not clean it with water;
7. Avoid exposing the sensor to the odor generated by inorganic solvents or organic solvents as much as possible, so as to reduce the service life and detection accuracy of the sensor.
