From incoming material testing, process testing, semi-finished product testing, finished product testing, aging testing, warehousing testing and ex factory testing, each process can be transferred to the next process after passing the inspection and reaching the acceptance standard.
 
Before leaving the factory, all gas detection instruments must complete 48 requirements and challenges such as working temperature, humidity, corrosion resistance and explosion-proof in an almost cruel test environment. In addition, Chicheng Electric will also test the reliability of the instrument for one month: detect the alarm action value, response time and other performance of the instrument by simulating the gas leakage state in the plant, so as to reach a higher standard.
 
Warehousing phase
 
In the warehousing process, the warehouse keeper must carefully check the quality inspection report and arrival documents, check the product name, specification, model and quantity, and go through the relevant warehousing procedures after confirmation. Nonconforming products must be returned for rework.
