Chicheng Electric’s 2025 New Employee Training Camp Concluded Successfully

At the outset of the training, Xu Weifeng, Chairman of Henan Chicheng Electric Co., Ltd., systematically reviewed Chicheng Electric’s 21-year development history, focusing on core aspects such as corporate culture, clearly presenting the company’s growth trajectory. Mr. Xu emphasized that Chicheng Electric adheres to the “Four Developments” and the philosophy of “recruiting and nurturing talent,” and is committed to building a growth platform for every employee, enabling both talent and the company to grow together.

 

Shi Baojing, General Manager of Henan Chicheng Electric Co., Ltd., shared insights on core products and industry trends, providing new employees with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s strategic development direction. Mr. Shi encouraged everyone to cultivate a spirit of innovation, focus, and hard work to build a solid foundation for personal growth. In their future work, they should maintain a passion for exploring the unknown and a tenacious spirit to overcome challenges, writing a new chapter of development together with the company.

 

Immediately afterwards, lecturers from Chicheng Business School took turns delivering lectures on core areas such as professional skills, product development skills, management skills, and sales skills. Through diverse teaching methods such as case analysis, scenario simulations, and interactive Q&A sessions, they transformed theoretical knowledge into practical tools, helping new employees quickly transition from campus to the workplace.

 

“This training was not only a feast of knowledge, but also a forum for exchange of ideas,” one new employee remarked. “From product principles to customer communication techniques, every class has given me confidence in my future work.”

 

Spanning nearly 60,000 square meters, with multiple automated production lines operating efficiently and AGV equipment constantly shuttling around, the new employees experienced the thrill of technology at Chicheng Electric’s largest production base, Xuchang Chicheng Electric Co., Ltd.! In the SMT production workshop, advanced production equipment strongly supports the brand’s ambition. Two Siemens SMT automated placement systems and plug-in production lines can complete 60,000 to 80,000 solder joints per hour, with automated loading, printing, and AOI inspection. The automated assembly line for household gas alarms produces one standardized product every six seconds on average. The integrated application of PLM, ERP, and MES systems enables comprehensive information management and control of the entire factory process, making it a high-end intelligent automated production line in the industry.

 

“Seeing firsthand the precise coordination of robotic arms and the real-time scheduling of IoT systems in the workshop, I truly understood what ‘intelligent manufacturing’ means—I realized there are so many sophisticated steps involved in our products, from R&D to production. This visit gave me a more intuitive understanding of the company’s strengths, and I’m eager to quickly integrate into the team and contribute my own strength to this ‘intelligence,'” praised many new employees.

 

In a creative and collaborative ice-breaking game, new members from different departments quickly overcame unfamiliarity. Some took the initiative to serve as team leaders, clarifying divisions of labor, while others creatively designed team names and slogans. In just a few minutes, vibrant small teams were formed. In the competitive games, “competition” and “collaboration” became mutually reinforcing keywords.
