1. Routine inspection should be carried out for fixed instruments, with the inspection period not exceeding one month, and the inspection content mainly includes:
a) Whether the appearance is intact;
b) Whether the function of the rain cover of the detector is perfect;
c) Whether the indication is normal;
d) Whether the connection parts are loose;
e) Whether the detector parts are blocked;
f) Whether the secondary instrumentation and specialized control system operate normally.
2. The control and alarm units of fixed instruments should be inspected to ensure that their lights, alarms and circuits are functioning properly, and the inspection period should not exceed 3 months.
3. Each inspection should be recorded and filed, and problems found should be dealt with immediately.
4. Fixed instruments should be immediately arranged to the scene to confirm the failure of the fixed instrument, the failure period should be a good alternative program and safety measures to ensure the safety of personnel.
