Gas pipeline self-closing valve: During the installation of the self-closing valve, the gas pipeline should be kept clean to prevent debris and dirt from entering the gas self-closing valve. The convenience of operation and maintenance of the self-closing valve should be considered during installation, and the quality and sealing of the connecting pipe between the self-closing valve and the gas meter should be ensured.
Stainless steel metal corrugated (soft) pipe: Turn off the gas source before installation. It is strictly forbidden to directly contact with charged (including static electricity) objects during installation. It is not allowed to be bent forcibly during installation to avoid damage to the pipe body. When installing the plug-in joint, it cannot be over-tightened. Over-tightening will cause the sealing gasket to deform and leak. After installation, use a leak detector or U-shaped hanging meter to detect the air tightness of the pipeline, or apply soapy water to the joint to check the sealing.
Daily precautions for the “three-piece set” of gas safety – household gas alarm: avoid irritating gases to avoid false alarms; clean and check regularly to avoid detection failure caused by blockage of the air inlet. Regular self-inspection, press the “self-inspection” button, and the alarm will emit an audible and visual alarm after a few seconds, indicating that its working condition is normal. According to relevant standards, the service life of a general civil gas alarm is 5 years.
Gas pipeline self-closing valve: Under normal ventilation conditions, if the self-closing valve is closed, you only need to pull the outer ring to open it. Before the first use, open the main valve of the self-closing valve, otherwise the pipeline will not be ventilated.
Metal bellows: During use, care should be taken to avoid contact between stainless steel bellows and grease, solvents, acids or alkalis to avoid corrosion of the bellows. Care should be taken to avoid excessive bending to avoid damage to the bellows. If the stainless steel bellows are damaged or aged, they should be replaced in time.
