When the instrument detects a gas leak and sends out an audible and visual alarm signal, the user should:
(1) Immediately close the pipe valve in front of the gas meter;
(2) Immediately open the window to ventilate the room;
(3) Do not use open flames, metal friction, or switch electrical appliances;
(4) Call for help in a safe area.
Note: When the household gas alarm sounds, the user must not unplug the power supply (some users find the sound harsh), and should immediately open the window for ventilation. When the indoor combustible gas concentration drops below the preset value, the alarm will stop sounding. At this time, the instrument alarm indicator light will go out, the alarm sound will disappear, and the power light will light up normally.
The household gas alarm is a precision instrument. After installation, the user must remember the various functions of the alarm and judge the instrument status and the gas leak situation at home by the instrument indicator light to prevent it before it happens!
