2. Do a good job of daily inspection.
In addition to the correct use of bottled liquefied gas, daily inspection is also essential, mainly to regularly check whether the gas facilities used have gas leakage. Generally speaking, the cylinder angle valve is faulty, the hand wheel of the pressure reducing valve is not tightened, the sealing rubber ring falls off or is damaged, the rubber hose is aged, burned, cracked or the connection is too loose, and the rotary core door of the stove is not tightly sealed, which can cause air leakage.
Therefore, it is necessary to conduct self inspection on liquefied gas tanks regularly, mainly to see, listen, smell and apply soapy water. The specific implementation method is as follows: apply it on these parts one by one with a soft bristle brush dipped in soapy water. If continuous blistering is found at the application part, it indicates that there is air leakage, and effective measures must be taken immediately. For example, if the connecting parts are not tight and air leaks, they should be adjusted to prevent air leakage. If the angle valve and pressure reducing valve fail or the cylinder body cracks, they must not be handled by themselves, but should be sent to the supply station for repair and replacement.
 
3. Install a gas alarm to monitor whether there is gas leakage in the liquefied gas tank for 24 hours
Catering places need to install gas safety cut-off devices, such as gas alarm, gas emergency cut-off valve and other safety instruments and tools.
